Trail en Cotentin est un \u00e9v\u00e8nement sportif qui rassemble de nombreux coureurs sur 5 trails du Cotentin. Les courses propos\u00e9es s\u2019adressent \u00e0 tous les niveaux aussi bien \u00e0 des coureurs occasionnels qu\u2019\u00e0 des sportifs confirm\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le Challenge consiste \u00e0 participer \u00e0 au moins <strong>trois courses du m\u00eame format<\/strong> et l&rsquo;accumulation du plus grand nombre possible de points :<\/p><ul><li>L : 4 courses (21 \u00e0 27 km),<\/li><li>XL : 5 courses (30 \u00e0 50 km).<\/li><\/ul><p>De nombreuses r\u00e9compenses sont propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la fin de chaque \u00e9preuve. Le but \u00e9tant de proposer un challenge Cotentin sur une p\u00e9riode \u00e9tendue de mars \u00e0 novembre, invitant les participants \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer
