La naissance de la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration du Cotentin au 1er janvier 2017 et la prise de la comp\u00e9tence tourisme nous ont conduit \u00e0 imaginer ce nouvel Office en s\u2019appuyant sur les ressources vives des 11 structures pr\u00e9existantes.<\/p><p class=\"txt_normal\">En d\u00e9terminant sa strat\u00e9gie touristique dans le m\u00eame intervalle, la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration a apport\u00e9 un cadre structurant \u00e0 la SPL \u00e0 l\u2019appui d\u2019une nouvelle\u00a0ambition :<\/p><p><strong>Faire du Cotentin une grande destination europ\u00e9enne !<\/strong><\/p><p>Notre territoire en a les atouts et il dispose d\u2019une marge de progression laissant esp\u00e9rer une fr\u00e9quentation et une prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique accrues : d\u00e9velopper l\u2019activit\u00e9, cr\u00e9er et maintenir de l\u2019emploi, voil\u00e0 les v\u00e9ritables objectifs de notre ambition. La SPL est l\u2019entit\u00e9 porteuse de l\u2019action op\u00e9rationnelle de cette ambition.<\/p><p>Enti\u00e8rement tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du territoire \u00e0 travers les fonctions qu\u2019elle exerce et forte de la marque qu\u2019elle s\u2019\u00e9vertue \u00e0 installer Cotentin unique par nature, la SPL apparait comme la structure de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les acteurs du tourisme du Cotentin.<\/p><p>Si 2018 a constitu\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e de \u00ab digestion \u00bb de la fusion, cet exercice aura \u00e9galement permis de mettre en place une organisation adaptable, un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit conqu\u00e9rant et d\u2019affirmer haut et fort les couleurs d\u2019un territoire in\u00e9galable et qui reste \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler : voil\u00e0 le challenge tr\u00e8s relev\u00e9 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la SPL et son \u00e9quipe de 55 collaborateurs d\u00e9termin\u00e9s, impliqu\u00e9s dans leurs missions et habit\u00e9s par leur baln\u00e9aire du Cotentin.<\/p><p>Depuis la cr\u00e9ation de la SPL D\u00e9veloppement Touristique du Cotentin, le 1er janvier 2018, la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration du Cotentin a progressivement construit son ambition politique en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement touristique.<\/p><p>Le 7 f\u00e9vrier dernier, les \u00e9lus de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration ont adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 notre strat\u00e9gie touristique avec pour ambition de faire du Cotentin une grande destination touristique europ\u00e9enne.<\/p><p>Positionner le si\u00e8ge social de la SPL D\u00e9veloppement Touristique du Cotentin au c\u0153ur de la station baln\u00e9aire du Cotentin est une nouvelle \u00e9tape de cette
