Cet \u00e9t\u00e9, nous avons ouvert 2 nouveaux Bureaux d’Information Touristique \u00e0 Barneville-Carteret et Barfleur.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le samedi 6 avril, le nouveau bureau de Carteret a ouvert ses portes.<\/strong><\/p>

Barneville-Carteret est sans doute la commune (Carteret \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir dans le Cotentin un \u00ab\u00a0Syndicat d\u2019Initiative\u00a0\u00bb en 1904 et le classement de la commune en Station Touristique en 1920. La tradition d\u2019accueil sur cette commune est donc ancr\u00e9e depuis plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>

Au vu des emplacements pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents des bureaux o\u00f9 la fr\u00e9quentation n\u2019\u00e9tait pas satisfaisante car ils ne r\u00e9pondaient aux attentes des client\u00e8les, il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de trouver un local adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la hauteur de nos ambitions. Nous avons donc r\u00e9habilit\u00e9 ce local et affect\u00e9 les moyens financiers et humains n\u00e9cessaires. Pour cette p\u00e9riode, un \u00e0 deux conseillers en s\u00e9jour sont pr\u00e9sents chaque jour.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Aujourd\u2019hui, dans ce local de plus de 280 m\u00b2 dont un espace d\u2019accueil de 120 m\u00b2, nous allons pouvoir d\u00e9velopper notre boutique et optimiser l\u2019accueil des visiteurs.<\/p>

A noter que le si\u00e8ge social de la SPL , initialement situ\u00e9 8 rue des Vindits \u00e0 Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans ce nouveau bureau \u00e0 Barneville-Carteret.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le Bureau de Barfleur \u00e9tait situ\u00e9 au bout du port dans un local patrimonial de la mairie depuis de longues ann\u00e9es. Un bel espace mais exigu, sans arriv\u00e9e d’eau, donc sans wc, sans r\u00e9serve et avec des marches \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e rendant l’acc\u00e8s PMR impossible. Un local donc qui ne correspondait plus aux logiques d’accueil touristique.<\/p>

Il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de transf\u00e9rer ce Bureau d’Information Touristique au 39 rue St Thomas Becket, la rue principale de Barfleur, dans un local disposant d’une r\u00e9serve, de toilettes, et surtout d’un espace d’accueil digne de ce nom pour accueillir les nombreux visiteurs du Plus Beau Village de France du Cotentin.<\/p>
