l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023 au titre des donn\u00e9es 2022 avec un total des indicateurs calculables de 45 points sur 45,<\/li><li>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 au titre des donn\u00e9es 2021 avec un total des indicateurs calculables de 40 points sur 45,<\/li><li>pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 au titre des donn\u00e9es 2020 avec un total des indicateurs calculables de 5 points sur 25.<\/li><\/ul><p>L\u2019entreprise dont le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019index est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 75 points sur 100 doit mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures de correction lui permettant d\u2019atteindre au moins 75 points dans un d\u00e9lai de 3 ans.<\/p><p>Ces mesures annuelles ou pluriannuelles seront d\u00e9finies dans le cadre de la n\u00e9gociation obligatoire sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, en cours au sein de la SPL, notamment sur la th\u00e9matique des salaires effectifs afin de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9carts entre les hommes et les
